Celebrate Pinkberry's introduction of the two new flavors -- Coconut and Passionfruit -- which were developed to balance each other deliciously when swirled together.

Nice work, Pinkberry yogurt scientists.The Coconut is sweet and creamy and the Passionfruit has a nice citrusy tang. Two great tastes that taste great together. I know I sound like a commercial right now, but this stuff is seriously good.

As of this weekend, you'll be able to order the new flavors separately or swirled and with whatever toppings you want. But you'll have to say goodbye to the Green Tea flavor for a while to make room for the new varieties.

Also new at Pinkberry this weekend:

1. A made-to-order Pinkberry Fruit Parfait with eight layers of fresh fruit and frozen yogurt; and
2. Fresh Bing cherries are already in stores as a summer topping option through July when a new seasonal fruit will be offered.

I'm still thinking about that Coconut and Passionfruit. I'm even starting to reconsider my vote for Red Mango over Pinkberry as the best NYC frozen yogurt spot (I also recently added Berrywild as a contender after tasting their delicious Coffee flavor).
