Is Pinkberry looking to franchise within the U.S. and internationally?
Yes. Pinkberry is strategically poised for domestic and international expansion and continues to seek long-term relationships with qualified Area Developers.
What kind of support do you provide Pinkberry licensees?
Pinkberry has brought together a team of experienced and effective executives ready to help you plan your market, design your stores and launch the brand. Our team consists of leaders from Coca-Cola, Walt Disney, Starbucks, Blockbuster, California Pizza Kitchen, Jamba Juice, The Cheesecake Factory and many more.
What is your initial license fee?
The license fee is $45,000 per location, which also includes the store design fee.
What are your license and marketing fees?
Pinkberry Royalty Fee is 6% of gross sales. The national Marketing Fee is 2% of gross sales and local advertising spend is 2% of gross sales.
How do I get a copy of your Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)?
In order to receive a copy of Pinkberry’s Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), please complete the online Franchise Application. Once we have received and reviewed your completed application, we will respond to you with our criteria, or have a representative contact you directly. We will then send out our FDD to qualified candidates.
Can I open up just one Pinkberry in my neighborhood?
Currently, we partner with only multi-unit operators.
What is the term of the license agreement?
The term of the initial area development agreement is for 10 years with a 10 year renewal if licensee is in good standing and other conditions are satisfied.
What type of training do you provide?
Pinkberry offers our partners a comprehensive training program at Pinkberry College in Southern California for up to three persons. This program includes a combination of classroom and in-store, hands-on training. The initial training program is approximately two weeks long for the primary operating principal and three weeks for the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Our field training team will also assist in the opening of each store.

It all starts when you complete the online Initial Franchise Application. Once we’ve received your completed application, we will help you through the following process:
- A Pinkberry representative will consider your initial application based on your previous retail operations or leadership experience, your financial capability and your passion for Pinkberry.
- If approved, we will contact you directly for an informational telephone interview.
- We will then send you a 6-page licensee application.
- We will then send you our FDD.
- You will then attend a Discovery Day at Pinkberry HQ in Los Angeles.
