A: The Pinkcard is Pinkberry's rewards and gifting program. By registering the card you earn your way to free Pinkberry. With every qualifying item purchased, you’ll earn 1 point. When you reach 10 points, you’ll earn a free Pinkberry. You’ll also receive a free Pinkberry on your birthday. In addition, you can opt-in to receive emails and get special exclusive offers and promotions!
Q: What are the benefits of being a Pinkcard holder and how do I earn them?
A: These benefits include a free small Pinkberry with toppings after every 10th purchase and another on your birthday. Plus, you can opt-in to receive emails, and receive exclusive offers and promotions with reward benefits.
Q: How do I get a Pinkcard?
A: There are two ways to enjoy all the rewards. You can download the Pinkcard mobile app on an Android or iPhone. No smartphone? No problem, just visit your local Pinkberry store for a Pinkcard. Ask a team member to activate the card and visit www.pinkberry.com/rewards to register your new card. Most, but not all, locations are participants in the rewards program. Generally, airport and university locations do not accept Pinkcards. Please check in with your particular location to confirm its participation.
Q: Why do I have to register?
A: As a registered member, you can choose to receive special offers and promotions via email, such as being alerted when and where your favorite flavors are swirling. Pinkcard registration is also required to redeem the rewards we have for you too (like a free small Pinkberry with toppings after every 10th purchase, and another one for your birthday!). It also allows you to keep track of your account activity, and in the event that your Pinkcard is lost or stolen, we can make sure you get a new one.
Q: What is the difference between registering a physical Pinkcard or the Pinkberry mobile app?
A: There is no difference. It is your choice how you wish to join the program. The app requires no card, is convenient and offers more features like e-gifting, tap-to-pay, store finder, points and rewards tracking and more.
Q: Do my Pinkcard rewards ever expire?
A: Yes, you have 30 days from the date earned to enjoy your rewards.
Q: What do I need to do to receive emails that include discounts and rewards?
A: If you download the Pinkberry app and register your details, you'll be asked for your email address so we can send you promotions. If you pick up a physical card in store, you need to register it on https://pinkcard.myguestaccount.com/guest/register and provide us with the same information during the registration process.
Q: I was told I couldn't earn more points until I registered my Pinkcard, why is that?
A: Points are pointless unless your card is registered. When your card is registered you will earn a reward after every 10 points for a Free Small Swirl with toppings. We have a maximum of 30 points allowed on an unregistered card and you have reached that limit. Please click here to register your Pinkcard now.
Q: Do I need a physical Pinkcard in order to register online?
A: Yes. All you have to do is grab a Pinkcard, activate it in store and register it online to get started.
Q: Where can I check my balance if I don't have a physical Pinkcard?
A: You can always find your account balance in the Pinkberry mobile app. Simply, go to the Card tab within the app! You can also view your account balance at www.pinkberry.com/rewards. Then, click Check Balance tab and login to check your balance.
Q: How can I earn rewards for my purchase if I forgot my phone?
A: All you have to do is let the team member know your name and phone number that your Pinkcard is registered with, and you're all set.
Q: Have I lost out on points if I forgot to give the cashier my rewards information?
A: No, you can forward a copy of your itemized receipt to pbloyalty@kahalamgmt.com along with your rewards account number or registered phone number for your account to be adjusted.
Q: Does it cost anything to become a Pinkcard member?
A: Nope! Membership is free.
Q: Can my friends use my Pinkcard membership?
A: Nope. But they can sign up for their own account and receive all the benefits of the Pinkcard.
Q: Do I earn anything for call-in, online and delivery orders?
A: We do not award points for catering, online, or delivery orders at this time.
Q: Can I use my Pinkcard at any Pinkberry location?
A: Most, but not all, locations accept gift cards. For example, airport and university locations generally do not accept gift cards. Please check in with your particular location to confirm its participation.
Q: I forgot my username or password for my Pinkcard account. What do I do?
A: It happens to the best of us! Just click the forgot username and password link online, and follow the instructions to create a new one.
